1:1 beginner’s guided meditation for balance & stress relief session.
The ebbs and flows of life can be quite a rollercoaster ride. Our nervous systems can be constantly overloaded with stress and worries. During this time, relaxation and emotional balance is key. For those who are interesting in taking the first step to practicing meditation and mindfulness, this session is for you. Easing the nervous system into its parasympathetic (our rest and digest reaction) is the goal. In this state, deep relaxation occurs. Through meditation, as we calm the mind, the body follows suit opening a beautiful space to connect to all aspects of your Divine Self.
